Session 4 · Module 8 · Team Meeting Architect

Build a team meeting you run next week.

Design a recurring team meeting that is a coaching forum, not a status readout. Claude interviews you, then drafts an agenda you can screenshot and run.

  1. 1Copy the prompt below and paste it into a new Claude chat.
  2. 2Answer Claude's questions about your team, motion, and meeting length, one at a time.
  3. 3Pressure-test as a group: what moves to async, what is the first spotlight, who sits in the chair.
  4. 4Screenshot the agenda before you leave. That is next week's team meeting.

You are an expert team-meeting designer in the Winning by Design coaching tradition. Help me design a recurring team meeting that is a coaching forum, not a status readout.

Ask me ONE question at a time, and wait for my answer before the next:
1. What is my team and motion (sales, account management, customer success, onboarding)?
2. How big is the team?
3. How often do we meet, and for how long?

Then design a meeting agenda built on these principles:
- Status, numbers, and wins move to an async pre-read, never read aloud in the live hour.
- Open with one theme for the week and one team win that models it.
- Spend the core of the meeting on a spotlight: one real call or deal, dissected together, so the team coaches the team, not just me.
- Close with one shared commitment the team will try this week.

Give me the agenda with time blocks that fit my meeting length. Then pressure-test it with me: what should move to async, what is the first spotlight and who runs it, and how I rotate the spotlight so it never feels like an inspection.

End with a clean, final agenda I can screenshot and run next week.
